PivotTable Field List and Data of the list with the labelled columns (Part Two)

In connection with PivotTable (part one), you can build the reports in many ways. However, what the report looks like is another matter. And one thing is for sure, the data you want to turn into the report should be the list with the labelled columns. In order to understand the same thing, you should know about the Field List of the PivotTable Tools.
PivotTable Field List comprises of Fields, Report filter, Column labels, Row labels and Sigma Values.
The table is raised as the example below.

Month (field header=item label)
Product Type (field header=item label)

Row1
Jan (item)
Computer (item)
Row2
Feb (item)
Computer (item)
Row3
Feb (item)
Others  (item)

Fields in the Filed list are Month and Product Type.
In the same row, Jan of Month and Computer of Product Type are composited to be the list with the labelled columns.
Any or All rows can make the data as the list with the labelled columns.
The four areas, where all dragged fields in the field list can be dropped, are Report filter, Column labels, Row labels and Values of Sum.

When you drag the field to Column labels, All items display from left to right. And its actual field header equipped with the filter is on top. (What the report looks like, is variable to the report layout)
When you drag the field to Row labels, All items display from top to bottom. And its actual field header equipped with the filter is on top too. (What the report looks like, is variable to the report layout)
Sigma Values area is the option for displaying your number in not only total but other values.
Report filter area enables each item of the field, put in this area, to be shown in each worksheet with the other details in Column and Row labels and Sigma Value.

The next post, I will provide you the reports in three different forms of PivotTable report layout; they will contain the data below.
