Experiencing floods in Thailand

When I write this note, there has been the critical flood so far as the evacuation is required. A few days, before the last Wednesday 12th Oct 2011, were the starting bad days for me and many other people. I could not sleep well because there were the serious news of flood, which was unclear, and the heavy rain causing the actual flood in my home village. That flood should have not been filled up with water or rains any more. Unfortunately, there was the rain while I was sleeping and it was so heavy that I had to take my car out of my home and park it on the road at the front of my village. Did you know when I heard the sound of the falling rain even its smallest drop, I just slept. The picture of cars, floating in the water, scared me a lot and prevented me from the deep sleeping. Previously, I never thought that I could have such fear. As I mention early in this note, this is just the beginning for me and the other people in Bangkok and its neighborhoods.

The pines and the carriage are made of the blocks for kids aging 3+.  At first, I bought the blocks for the kids, and then I have found that not only the kids can play  them, but the adults like us can also connect them to build the new things from the imagination.

To have my own logo and name card

I’ve done a number of things to continue developing my blog. Today I think that I would like to do my own name card for the logo designed by me.  

There are some logos done for selecting, but I choose these two logos right here for my name cards today.

To have the logos designed by me, I've spent a whole day to finish them. After that, I put them on my name cards to complete my work.

Hope that you would think that they are not too bad.

Sales process and cost effectiveness

Formerly, the owners of businesses liked selling their products on cash and boosting sales with price cut and cash discount to the individual consumers. The 30 day credit sales are normal for the business to business. These mentioning sales processes are based on the traditional marketing strategy. However, at present the marketing strategy to boost sales has been changed according to the economic downturn and the consumers’ buying power. The business owners adapt themselves to get more prospects or potential clients by reciprocally engaging with the related business and by offering the purchase on credit to the individuals, which I’d like to mention next.

Please bear in mind, the sales on credit to the individuals can cause the cost of the money collection. To avoid the bad debts and the excessive cost,  we can use credit cards as the tool for the businesses today. The credit cards can offer the installment payment, ranging from one month to ten month without any charges and even the interest, to the individual clients. As the result the business owners use these cards to boost sales while paying the negotiated fee or the cost of the money collection, that is variable, to the finance institutions which can provide cash to them with the low risk of the debts.

How to use cash book effectively

Currently, SME businesses always receive cash or cheques for their selling products, but don’t always record those cash or cheques onto the cash book the same day. Vice versa, they pay cash or cheques for their buying materials and expenses, but do not record those the same day either. As a result, they have not yet used the cash book effectively. Most reasons are having no time to do it. Actually, faster booking we do, more time we have. Our memories are still fresh to do the quick & good jobs.

Why we need hard reset & How to handle the error of 1015

My first hard reset of iPadI caused me to be stuck with logo for several hours, two or three months ago. After trying some methods, I’ve found the solution as posted. In order to avoid the confusion of hard reset, I’d like to clarify its meaning as following: Hard reset is to erase all contents & settings, but it’s not to reset the device by press & hold down power & home button.

At that time, I used hard reset for jailbreak. However, hard reset is not only for jailbreak, but for sell as we want our data not to be left in the device. Moreover, restore to the original settings is alternative for hard reset, but the data can be recovered by the technician.

During the same time of my first hard reset, I did jailbreak again on iPhone3G more than once. At the first time, it was successful with the changed baseband of 06.15.00. Actually, this phone was fine already, but unfortunately, there was the error from the other point later so the device needed jailbreak again. At the second time, the error occurred & it’s identified by the code of 1015 in the jailbreak process. This error can be corrected with iOS firmware which is custom for the step of shift & restore, preparing step for jailbreak. However, please be reminded that iOS firmware for redsn0w process is original.

Can't turn on iPad after hard reset

•         Hard reset before jailbreak or restore the device to original settings deletes all data & installed programs & resets to the factory settings. However, this might cause your device to stay with logo and not to move:

Try to reboot it by plugging in your device to iTunes and then press & hold down Home & Power buttons together until the screen comes out with dock & iTunes (the factory setting).

•       Press Shift & restore on the summary page of iTunes:

Press & hold down SHIFT key followed by restore on iTunes summary page. This action will allow you to browse the firmware in your prepared folder.

•       iOS Firmware for shift & restore and for jailbreak process:

Each step uses the same firmware on its own process.

•       Custom iOS firmware for shift & restore VS Original iOS firmware for jailbreak:

This requirement solves the error identified by 1015 of iPhone3G on the baseband of 06.15.00 (modem firmware). iOS firmware on this requirement requires two types but the same version i.e. custom, original.

This is my first time to write a story in this blog. Hope that I will get used to it soon in order to do the story better & faster. I will use this time to learn & adjust my blog  while telling the story and sharing things I know including photos.
